Asian Deaf Club Banquet 2017
Asian Deaf Club 2017
Asian Deaf Club is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 and open to Asian and non-Asian students, as long as they learn from one another about Asian cultures and experiences. Asian Deaf Club is sometimes called "ADC" in the National Technical Institute for the Deaf Community at RIT. Every year, students attend the events hosted by the Asian Deaf Club. In the end, they all have fun and share the moments.
Public Relations (2017)
Served as emergency Public Relations 3 weeks before the Asian Deaf Club's 28th Anniversary Banquet; the flyers, tickets, and booklets were successful before the Asian Deaf Club's highlight event.

The Outcome
All promotional and print materials–tickets, flyers, and booklets were successfully designed, print-ready, and distributed on time in 3.5 weeks. The Asian Deaf Club executive board and the banquet committee took over to organize the deliverables. They handed them out to college students to encourage them to attend the banquet.
During the 2017 banquet, we had more than 30 attendees to celebrate the Asian Deaf Club's anniversary. Some of the attendees kept the booklets for memories.
The Impact
To support future teams of the Asian Deaf Club Banquet’s public relations in 2018 and 2019, I created a template system with instructions and layout diagrams, enabling the organization and future public relations teams to produce flyers, tickets, and booklets effectively, saving time while maintaining professional design and consistency.
