I’m Emily Grace C. Amponin, a motivated graphic designer passionate about creating designs that tell meaningful stories and forge connections. Through my experiences in classes, internships, work, and volunteer projects, I have learned how to bring ideas, visualizations, and goals to life.
I enjoy transforming inspiration or concepts into engaging visuals while building strong connections with clients and collaborators along the way.
Three fun facts about me
1) I’m one of the fraternal triplets–the oldest by 3 minutes!
2) I’ve been playing the viola since 2007, despite having two cochlear implants to help me hear the sounds.
3) I love visiting local coffee places!
How did my interest in graphic design begin? It started in high school, where I took a digital design class and discovered Adobe Photoshop. In the summer of 2013, I attended the Explore Your Future summer camp in Rochester, NY, which further solidified my decision to pursue a career in this field.
What’s my current move? I continue to work as a freelance graphic designer, collaborating with clients and providing remote tutoring to several graphic designers. Meanwhile, I am seeking graphic design opportunities, whether part-time or full-time, where I can bring designs to life by consulting with clients and team members.
