Bing THAT Post

What is it? An editorial news & media website filled with articles and events related to the Deaf Community.

How does this idea come up? Daily Moth always posts a video of himself announcing or explaining what’s happening in the USA or the world that is important for the Deaf Community to know. I found several articles about deaf people on general news websites: Chicago Tribune, CNN, HuffPost, etc. I’ve never seen a news editorial website focusing on only the Deaf Community.

Accessibility: ASL interpreters for specific videos or top/trending news videos, text highlight (4 light colors: yellow, green, blue, and pink) as reading for follow-along.
Note: This could improve people’s reading skills.

Why is this named? Deaf people use the sign “trends” or “usually” for actions that they always do in relatable/common as slang for Bing. When Deaf people agree or get on the same page in a conversation, they use the “that” sign.

Ideas: important or highlight news articles in the USA and the world, updates about the deaf community on social media, deaf education, deaf celebrities, etc.

Audience: the Deaf Community
